Our dedicated solutions and software leveraging Industry 4.0 enable remote access and monitoring of equipment. Data may be received from any location and processed in real time, taking advantage of the benefits of a cloud or on-premises system. Communication is based on Ethernet, WiFi, LTE, GPRS, and LoRaWAN networks. Retrieved machine parameters are also used as input for enterprise systems, e.g. logistics and procurement, ERP, and CRM systems, and for planned service activities, static process control, or for general documentation purposes. The solution can be integrated with the traffic management system or the inventory module.
It enables you to not only plan and evaluate the costs of manufacturing processes more effectively, but also to use information collected from the recipients to make changes in your assembly lines and process parameters in real time. RFID
RFID solutions enable the identification of goods, materials, tools and people. We use short and long range RFID solutions as well as NFC technology. Process optimization
Continuous process monitoring ensures proper control and utilization of production capacity while saving costs. Our sensors can provide different types of data, not limited to device control information. Process sensors and our solutions for controlling machines can be directly embedded into production processes or retrofitted into existing devices. There are diagnostic sensors and process control sensors. The former notify the system about their own state, while the latter are designed to control the parameters of the environment, for instance pressure or temperature. This gives you immediate and complete control of the manufacturing process.

Our activities focus on the implementation of complete solutions that include the necessary equipment, software, and often also advice on selecting the most cost-efficient solution. Our engineers manage SMT assembly lines and PCB assembly with the full ability to manufacture single substrate, system in package (SiP), Chip-on-Flex and many other types of circuits. RFIDÂ
Hardware and software infrastructure for the implementation of a silo policy supporting system for silos and barrels. The solution includes a vehicle and construction tracking system, a system for registering silos and complementary barrels, ERP system integration module, and RFID equipment for automatic detection of loading and unloading. The system consists of a driver application (Android) and an operator application (Web), and enables handling of orders.
